What The Women With Beautiful Skin Do Every Day
Envious of those other women with beautiful skin? Well anyone can have beautiful skin, you just have to put the work in to maintain beautiful skin. For everyone this daily upkeep is going to be a little different depending on how oily your skin is and your complexion, but there are some things that can be done that have been known to help just about every type of complexion.
Here are a three things that women with beautiful skin most likely do every day:
Wash your face: This probably goes without saying, but washing your face is important. Washing your face isn’t as simple as just splashing some water on it however though, you should consider utilizing some creamy cleansers. The temperature of the water is important as well, lukewarm water is viewed as the optimal temperature for your pores. There is such a thing as “over washing” your face though, for instance, if you don’t have oily skin then you should only need to wash your face in the evening. Scrubbing the skin on your face is also said to be counterproductive, instead of scrubbing let the cleanser sit on your skin for a few seconds. Doing this gives the cleanser the chance to break down dirt and oils trapped in your pores.
Sunblock: UVA and UVB rays from the sun are quite harmful for you skins health and are said to age your skin at an accelerated rate. It is a smart idea to use a morning moisturizer when you wake up that has at least SPF 30 included. Applying sunblock once though is not enough, you should reapply your sunscreen every few hours to keep your skin protected and properly moisturized. Believe it or not, most sun blocking ingredients only remain effective for a couple hours before needing to be reapplied.
Eat Healthy: Foods that are high in omega-3 fatty acids are said to help keep your skin hydrated from the inside out as well as reduce inflammation of the skin that causes redness. Salmon is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids and it is pretty delicious at that. Antioxidant rich foods like leafy greens, blueberries, coffee and green tea are thought to help your skin fight off free radicals like the sun’s rays which can cause damage to the cellular structure of your skin.
