3 Ways to Keep Your Skin Looking Clear
Ensure your skin remains clear and acne free can be a challenge and some of us have to deal with acne throughout a lot of our life, but there are things that you can do to help reduce your acne breakouts and keep your skin looking clear. We are here to help you in your fight against acne in the goal of maintaining your healthy skin, so we are going to give you a few tips on things that can be easily done which have been known to help reduce your acne problems.
Here are 3 ways you can protect yourself from acne and keep your skin looking clear:
- Keep Your Phone Clean – Make sure your smart phone is clean! – Think about it? You spend a lot of time with your smart phone mashed against your face or at least near to it, so it makes sense that you should keep it looking nice and tidy. All that dirt, grime and germs that cover your phone every day are going to end up in your pores if you don’t. Dirt and grime plus your pores don’t equal anything pleasant. Make sure to disinfect your phone with wipes every day to ensure that dirt and oil doesn’t build up on it.
- Make sure you got crisp clean bed sheets – This is another thing a lot of people probably don’t think about right away. You spend hours of your life every day with your skin making direct contact with your bed sheets (pillow cases and mattress set), if those bed sheets aren’t cleaned regularly, then all the sweat, germs and dirt is going to end up in your skin. If you keep your sheets clean, then you will definitely begin to notice a difference in your skin health.
- Make healthy eating decisions – Eating food that is high in fat content, sugars and grease can cause you to have acne breakouts. So stay away from that fast food if you want to avoid dealing with lots of acne! The oils in these fatty, greasy and sugary foods cause your pores to get clogged and infected, which creates acne! Using a lot of grease when you cook can also cause acne breakouts, because again you would be eating something that is high in greasy and fat content. Instead of pounding on the grease, why not pick up some fruits and vegetables? As a side effect, eating more healthily has been known to help reduce the effects of aging.
